| 本文基于需求视角从理论上构建资源禀赋和主体认知对基本公共服务满意度的影响机制以及资源禀赋对于主体认知的影响机制，并通过三峡库区的实地调研数据对其影响路径进行验证。结果表明：从基本公共服务要素来看，三峡库区城乡居民对基础教育和基础设施满意度相对较高，其次对社会保障，环境保护和医疗卫生的满意度相对较低；同时对基础设施和社会保障的主体认知程度较高，其次为基础教育，环境保护和医疗卫生的主体认知程度相对较低。从结构方程模型来看，主体认知对基本公共服务满意度具有直接正向影响；资源禀赋对基本公共服务满意度既存在直接负向影响，又存在间接正向影响；资源禀赋对主体认知具有直接正向影响。 |

| This paper based on the perspective of demand, constructed the theoretical influence mechanism of resources endowment and residents' cognition on the satisfaction of basic public service, and the influence mechanism of resources endowment on residents' cognition, and verified the influence mechanism path by the spot survey data of the Three Gorges region. The results show that from the point of basic public service elements, the urban and rural residents’ satisfaction with basic education and infrastructure is relatively high in the Three Gorges reservoir area, that their satisfaction is relatively lower with the social security, environmental protection and medical and healthcare, meanwhile, the residents' cognition of infrastructure and social security is relatively high and followed by basic education, and that the residents' cognition of environmental protection and medical and healthcare is relatively low. According to the structural equation model, residents' cognition has direct positive influence on the satisfaction with basic public service. The resource endowment has both direct negative influence and indirect positive influence on the satisfaction with basic public service. The resource endowment has direct positive influence on the subject cognition. |
