| 宏观上看，金融发展通过支持产业发展促进经济增长，一方面直接促进了贫困人口就业和劳动力要素回报率提升，另一方面经济增长的“涓滴效应”和再分配效应也间接促进了贫困人口的脱贫致富；从微观上看，金融扶贫需要通过机制创新对贫困人口的生产和生活给予信贷支持，避免“精英俘获”和资金错配。农业供应链金融致力于构建农业产业链各利益主体之间有效的信贷联结机制，兼具普惠金融、合作金融和小微金融的特点，是有效的金融扶贫微观模式之一。结合我国实际，需要比较分析不同地区、不同核心农业主体、不同模式的农业供应链金融减贫机制和效应，深入探究农业供应链金融参与主体之间的多方协作机制及其减贫效应，并持续关注金融科技发展和信用体系建设对农业供应链金融减贫机制和效应的影响。 |

| From the macro-level perspective, financial credit of agricultural supply chain plays a positive role in supporting the development of agricultural industry, on the one hand, promotes the employment of poor population and the rising of labor factor return rate, on the other hand, indirectly boosts the poverty alleviation by dripping effect and income redistribution effect of economic growth. From the micro-level perspective, financial poverty alleviation needs to use system innovation to give credit support to the production and living of poor population to avoid elite seizing and misallocation of capital. Agricultural supply chain finance aims to construct the effective credit connection mechanism between each interests main body of agricultural industrial chain, has the characteristics of inclusion finance, cooperative finance and micro-finance and is one of effective micro-mode of financial poverty alleviation. Based on China’s reality, we should compare and analyze financial poverty alleviation mechanism and effect of agricultural supply chain between different regions, different main bodies of agriculture and different modes, deeply explore the multi-side coordinated mechanism and its poverty alleviation effect of agricultural supply chain finance participation subjects and continuously focus on the impact of financial scientific and technological development and credit system construction on the poverty alleviation mechanism and effect of agricultural supply chain finance. |
