| 创业机会识别是创业实现的重要前提，也是创业成功的重要保障。采用三峡库区移民创业者的问卷调查数据分析表明：创业者先前经验和信息资源对创业机会识别有显著正向影响，先前经验对信息资源有显著正向影响；信息资源在先前创业经验与创业机会识别之间起完全中介作用，在先前创业培训经验与创业机会识别之间起部分中介作用；政策环境负向调节信息资源与创业机会识别的关系。政策环境的改善，使创业者更多地接受来自正式渠道的信息，通过非正式渠道获取信息的重要性降低，因此，良好的创业政策环境有助更多的创业者识别创业机会和实现创业。 |

| The entrepreneurial opportunity identification is the important premise for entrepreneurship realization and is also important guarantee for entrepreneurship success. By using questionnaire survey data, inspection of the Three Gorges reservoir immigrants entrepreneurs finds that first previous experience and information resources of immigrant entrepreneurs (previous entrepreneurial experience, previous management skills training experience and previous entrepreneurship training experience） have significantly positive influence on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. Second, the information resources in a previous entrepreneurial experience play completely intermediary role between entrepreneurship training experience and entrepreneurial opportunity identification, information resources in the previous entrepreneurship training experience play partial intermediary role between entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Third, the policy environment negatively regulates the relationship between the information resources of immigrant entrepreneurs and the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. The improvement of policy environment and making the entrepreneurs accept more information from normal channels make importance decrease for the information through abnormal channels. Therefore, good policy environment is conducive to more entrepreneurs to identify entrepreneurial opportunity and entrepreneurship realization. |
