| 生态文明建设是中国特色社会主义事业的重要内容，关系着广大人民的福祉，关乎着人类和民族的未来；生态文明建设的价值诉求，表现在生态优先、和谐共生以及永续发展。生产关系因为生产力产生大幅度变化从而影响生态文明价值诉求的实现。在农耕时代，人与自然是基本平衡的；工业革命以来，人与自然失衡巨大；我国近40年的高速发展也对自然造成严重伤害。新时代下，防治生态文明价值诉求失衡，应从牢固树立生态文明价值诉求的理念出发，必须将生态文明建设紧密结合在经济、社会、文化、政治文明建设过程中，转变经济发展方式，重建社会和谐，构建新型生态文明价值观，为生态文明提供政治及制度保障，为创造人类美好生活提供坚实的生态基础。 |

| Ecological civilization construction is an important content for constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics and is related to the happiness of Chinese people and the future of human beings and nationalities. The value appeal of ecological civilization construction is embodied in ecological preference, harmonious intergrowth and sustainable development. Production relation affects the realization of ecological civilization value appeal because of big change of productivity. At the era of agricultural settlement, the relation between human beings and nature is basically balanced, since industrial revolution, the imbalance between human beings and nature is big, China’s nearly forty years high-speed development causes serious harm on nature. In the new era, the prevention of the imbalance of ecological civilization value appeal should set up solid ecological civilization value appeal idea, must combine ecological civilization construction with the process of the civilization construction of economy, society, culture and politics, change economic development mode, reestablish social harmony, and construct new-style ecological civilization value outlook, so as to provide institutional guarantee for ecological civilization and to provide firmly ecological basis for creating the beautiful life of human beings. |
