| 发展服务业是资源型城市实现经济转型的重要途径之一，但我国资源型城市数量众多且差异巨大，经济转型的目标、方式和途径也必然有所差别。以我国107座地级资源型城市为样本，对不同类型资源型城市服务业2005—2015年的发展态势进行比较分析，结论表明：资源型城市的服务业发展符合产业演进的一般规律，但滞后于我国服务业发展的整体进程；不同类别的资源型城市服务业发展表现出不同的特征，各城市的特征与其区域分布、城市类型、经济增速和工业化阶段有关，尤其受到所处工业化阶段的影响。资源型城市发展服务业，不应单纯提升服务业占比和片面追求服务业高端化，而应与其所处工业化阶段相适应，并充分利用资源型产业的比较优势和产业基础，才能顺利实现经济转型。 |

| Service industry development of resources-based cities is one of important methods for achieving their industrial transformation, however, China has so many different resources-based cities, the objective, method and ways for their economic transition are different. By choosing 107 resources-based cities as sample, this paper analyzed their evolution trend and characteristics based on the ratio of value-added services, employment ratio and output efficiency in the service industry from 2005 to 2015 in China. The results indicate that service industry development in resource-based cities does not deviate from the general rule of industrial evolution, but lags behind the whole process of Chinese service industry, that there are significant differences in the development trend in different types, these differences have strong correlation with regional distribution, urban type, economic growth rate and especially industrialization stage. The development of service industry in resources-based cities should not purely raise the proportion of service industry and unilaterally pursue the high-end service industry but should match their stage of industrialization by taking advantage of comparative advantage and industrial basis of the cities so as to smoothly realize economic transition. |
