| 在2017年7月26日省部级主要领导干部专题研讨班上的重要讲话中，习近平总书记作出了中国特色社会主义进入了新的发展阶段的重大战略判断。正确认识中国特色社会主义的新发展阶段及其特征，必须坚持以马克思主义理论和方法论为指导，科学理解“社会主义初级阶段”和“中国特色社会主义的新发展阶段”之间的辩证关系，在注重全面认识当前我国国情的同时，尤其需要从世界格局及其新变化的维度出发来理解。中国特色社会主义建设取得了伟大成就并进入新的发展阶段，意味着中华民族实现了从站起来、富起来到强起来的历史性飞跃，意味着社会主义在中国焕发出强大生机活力并不断开辟发展新境界，意味着中国特色社会主义拓展了发展中国家走向现代化的途径，为解决人类问题贡献了中国智慧、提供了中国方案。 |

| In the important speech in the discussion forum of chief provincial and ministerial leaders on July 26th, 2017, General Secretary Xi Jinping made important strategic judgment for new development period of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Correctly understanding of the new development period and its feature of the socialism with Chinese characteristics must take Marxism theory and methodology as the guidance, scientifically understand the dialectic relation between initial period of socialism and new development period of socialism with Chinese characteristics, especially understand the national situation from the perspective of global pattern and its new change while overall understanding China’s situation. The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has made great achievement and enters into a new period, which means that Chinese nation realizes the historic leap from standing up, to becoming rich and to becoming strong, which means that socialism in China is fresh with strong vitality and continuously opens new situation, which means that socialism with Chinese characteristics has expanded the way for the developing countries to realize modernization and which provides Chinese wisdom and China plan for solving human problems. |
