| 农民工返乡创业不仅有利于其收入增长，而且有利于其自我价值的实现，鼓励农民工创业已成为促进“大众创业 万众创新”、新型城镇化和经济增长的重要举措。基于社会资本理论和创业学习理论，将创业绩效分为财务绩效和成长绩效两个维度，探讨返乡农民工的强弱关系和创业学习影响其创业绩效的机理。以湖南省258位返乡农民工创业企业为样本的实证分析表明：返乡创业农民工的强关系与财务绩效显著正相关，而弱关系则正向影响成长绩效；强关系和弱关系都与创业学习显著正相关；创业学习不仅直接促进创业绩效，而且在强弱关系与创业绩效之间具有中介作用。应重视返乡创业农民工社会关系网络的构建，促进其强弱关系的双重嵌入，并积极培养和提高其创业学习能力，进而有效提升我国农民工返乡创业绩效。 |

| Migrant workers’ returning entrepreneur is not only helpful to their income growth and employment but also conducive to their self-value realization, and encouraging migrant workers to entrepreneur becomes an important measure for boosting “massive entrepreneur and multitude innovation”, new type urbanization and economic growth. Based on the theory of social capital and entrepreneurial learning, this paper divides entrepreneur performance into such two dimensions as fiscal performance and growth performance to discuss the mechanism of the influence of strong or weak ties and entrepreneurial learning on the entrepreneurial performance of the returning migrant workers. From the 258 questionnaires of Hunan migrant workers returning entrepreneur, the empirical analysis shows that there is significantly positive correlation between strong ties of returning migrant workers and their fiscal performance but the weak ties affect their growth performance, that strong/weak ties of migrant workers have a significantly positive impact on their entrepreneurial learning, and that entrepreneurial learning has a positive effect on entrepreneurial performance and has a positive mediating effect between strong/weak ties and entrepreneurial performance. China should emphasize the construction of social relation network of returning entrepreneur migrant workers, boost the double embeddedness of strong/weak ties, actively cultivate and raise their entrepreneurial learning ability, and further effectively improve the entrepreneurial performance of China’s returning migrant workers. |
