| 气象经济学学科建设不仅是一项综合性、长远性的基础建设，而且是一个事关新世纪气象部门发展的战略问题。本文认为，如果要繁荣气象经济学，进一步推动气象经济学科建设和发展，特别需要对气象经济学基础进行更深入的研究，包括对气象经济学的研究对象、学科特点、研究内容和研究方法等方面的研究，从而为气象经济学的进一步发展奠定更为坚实的理论基础。 |

| Meteorological economics construction is not only a comprehensive and long-term basic construction but also is related to development strategy of meteorological departments at new century. This paper believes that the prosperous meteorological economics needs to further promote meteorological economics discipline construction and development, specially needs to conduct more deep research on the basis of meteorological economics including research object of meteorological economics, discipline characteristics, research contents and research methods and so on so as to lay substantial theoretical basis for further developing meteorological economics. |
