| 论与“一带一路”战略对接的六大金融支持 |

| “一带一路”是当前中国社会经济发展，尤其是外向型经济发展的重要战略。“一带一路”战略的深入推进需要金融的有效支持，其中，不同层面的金融体系对“一带一路”战略具有各自不同的支持作用：政策性金融是基础与先行者，互联网金融是新机遇与新模式，健康持续发展的资本市场具有稳定器与提供红利激励的作用，良好的保险服务是保障与护航者，亚投行是国际金融支持的重要平台与杠杆，丝路基金则是我国金融支持的首秀与导向。六大金融支持之间并不是分割的，应互为支持、互为保证、互为促进，从而形成“1+1+1+1+1+1>6”的整体支持效应。 |

| Abstract: |
| ‘One Belt, One Road (OBOR)’ is the important strategy of current Chinese export-oriented economy development. Financial support played an important role in OBOR, and the various levels of the financial system also play their role. This paper argues that, policy finance is foundation and pioneer, Internet finance is opportunity and innovation, healthy and sustainable capital market is stable and dividends, the insurance mechanism is guarantee and escort, the establishment of the ‘Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank’ is guarantee and leverage, and the establishment of ‘Silk Road Fund’ is first show and guide. The six financial support is indispensable, should support each other, guarantee each other and boost each other in order to realize holistic support effect of 1+1+1+1+1+1>6. |
