| 社会网络、先前经验与新生代农民工创业——基于河南省新生代农民工创业调查数据的分析 |

| 摘要: |
| 个体的社会网络结构决定着其所能摄取的信息的数量与质量，而先前经验在很大程度上影响着其对信息的解读。利用河南省433份新生代农民工创业调查数据，考察新生代农民工社会网络与创业之间的关系，并探讨新生代农民工创业者先前工作经验对该作用过程的影响，研究发现：社会资本越丰富、社会网络越发达的新生代农民工，创业的概率越大；新生代农民工最后工作工龄、换工作次数在其社会网络与创业行为之间起着正向调节作用。应重视创业信息与知识的交流渠道建设，以使更多有创业意愿的新生代农民工个体辨识更具价值的创业机会。 |

| Abstract: |
| The social network structure for individuals determines the quantity and quality of its taken information, however, previous experience affects his or her understanding of the information to most extent. Based on the survey data of 433 new generation migrant workers’ entrepreneurship in Henan Province, the relation between social network and entrepreneurship of new generation migrant workers is examined, the previous working experience of new generation migrant workers’ entrepreneurs and their influence on this process are discussed, and the research finds that the richer social capital is, the more developed social network is, the bigger the entrepreneurship probability of new generation migrant worker is, and that the ultimate working period and the times for changing jobs of new generation migrant workers play a positive regulating role in their social network and their entrepreneurship behaviors. China should pay attention to the construction of entrepreneurship information and knowledge channel communication so as to make more individuals of new generation migrant workers with entrepreneurship willing obtain more valuable entrepreneurship opportunities. |
