| 西部地区农业信贷投入的经济效应研究 |

| 摘要: |
| 利用面板模型对西部地区1978—2009年农业信贷投入的经济效应进行实证分析，结果表明：农业信贷投入促进农业产出增长的作用比较明显，而在提高农村居民收入增长方面则显得比较乏力；农业信贷资金的产出弹性逐渐得到改善，农业产出对信贷投入的响应更趋积极；农业产出和农村居民收入对农业信贷利率的变化不敏感，农村金融市场上信贷配给的现象依然普遍；农业信贷投入的经济效应存在省际差异。因此，应完善农业信贷的征信机制，增加农业信贷资金的有效供给并调整投入结构，调整西部地区农业生产结构，改善农民收入结构，以增强农业信贷投入的经济效应。 |

| Panel model is used to make empirical analysis of the economic effects of agricultural credit investment in west China during 1978-2009, results show that the effect of agricultural credit investment on promoting agricultural output increase is obvious but its effect on promoting rural inhabitants income growth is relatively weak, that the output elasticity of agricultural credit capital is gradually improved, that the response of agricultural output to credit investment should be more active, that agricultural output and rural residents income are not sensitive to the change of agricultural credit interest rate, that credit ration phenomena in rural financial market are still popular and that the economic effect of agricultural credit investment is varying between different provinces. Thus, the economic effect of agricultural credit investment can be enhanced by perfecting credit mechanism of agricultural loan, by increasing effective supply for agricultural loan capital and adjusting investment structure, by adjusting agricultural production structure in west China and by improving peasants income structure. |
