| 摘要: |
| 利用资产负债率、 长期负债比率、 借款对资本比率三个指标对我国农业上市公司进行系统聚类分析 ,可将其分为5类。分析结果表明 ,我国农业上市公司资产负债率偏低 ,而且债务的内部结构不合理 ,流动负债水平偏高 ,长期负债偏低。因此 ,农业上市公司应该进一步优化资本结构 ,限制盲目筹资 ,提高资金使用效益;国家也应进一步培育企业债券市场 ,让农业企业有更多的机会得到中长期信贷。 |
