| 目前,浙江省经济发展水平不断提升,而城乡统筹状况却随经济发展而逐步恶化,城乡差距不断扩大。根据脉冲响应分析,城乡统筹水平在受到经济发展水平的一个标准差冲击之后,水平值下降,并逐年增大,说明经济发展在一定时期内会加剧城乡差距的扩大;经济发展水平在受到城乡统筹水平的一个标准差的冲击后,冲击效应为负,说明城乡差距扩大反过来会阻碍经济的发展;因此,两者之间虽然发展趋势相反,但存在互动的关系。 |

| Currently, regional economy is develop ing very well while overal urban and rural development is so worsing in Zhejiang province. Based on the impulse response analysis, the level of overall urban and rural development declines after being attacked by a standard difference and the gap is growing larger year by year, which shows that the develop ing gap between urban and rural areas is
getting larger accompanied by regional economic development, and the larger gap is reversely the obstacle to the regional economic development if no policies to p romote it to be closed.
