| Rural culture is the farmer - cored culture coming from depositing of the farmer’s working and living in local areas. In the p rocess of urbanization, the local governments in some p laces p romote the countrysidemodernization by sacrifice of the rural culture and local Ecological balance. It is a dangerous action which is a violation to Scientific Outlook on Development, and should be stopped at once and correct itsmistakes |
