对 316名证券业职工和管理人员工作价值观人口学特征的问卷调查显示:员工工作价值观与性别、 年龄、 职位和受教育程度均呈显著相关关系 ,并且员工工作价值观水平随年龄、 职位和受教育程度的提高而提高。这一结论表明:管理应该依据员工新时期工作价值观及其个体差异调整以往管理理念与方法。 |
