| 非正规就业在应对我国日趋严重的就业问题中 ,发挥着越来越重要的作用 ,尤其是成为就业弱势群体的主要就业渠道 ,非正规就业人员已经成为一个不容忽视的规模巨大的社会群体。在经济转型和结构调整过程中 ,中国不但存在从“ 无业 ” 到非正规就业的过程 ,还存在从正规就业到非正规就业的过程 ,使城镇就业的变化表现出单位就业人数减少而非单位就业人数增加的特点 ,即就业的非正规化趋势。 |

becomes the main emp l oyment channel forweak group, and the peop le who have informal emp l oyment have become large - scale group.In the p rocess of economic transiti on and structural adjustment, some Chinese not only experience the p r ocess from unemployment to
informal emp l oyment but also undergo the p r ocess from formal emp l oyment t o informal emp l oyment, which makes urban employment change fr om the decrease of the number of emp l oyees informal units t o the increase of the number of the emp l oyees in informal units
and which shows that emp l oyment developstowards informal trends . |
