| 技术创新 ,特别是技术自主创新对经济发展具有巨大的推动作用。但在一些民族地区的民族文化及民间资源的开发中 ,技术创新尚未得到应有的关注和重视。其原因是多方面的 ,主要有观念相对滞后、 聚族而居的村庄型生活方式及传统的自然经济模式、 缺乏良好的投资环境等。这些阻碍民族地区民族文化和民间资源开发的技术创新的因素 ,应引起政府决策部门和研究者等的重视。 |

| Technological innovation, especially, self - innovati on of technol ogy, has great promoting effect on economic development, however, in the exp l oitati on of nati onality culture and civil res ources in s ome minority nati onality areas, technological innovati on has not been emphasized enough . There are many reas ons for this, such as relatively backward ideas, village - style living mode by nati onality cluster and traditi onally natural economic mode, insufficient good enterp rise culture and invest ment envir onment and so on . These fact ors which restrict technol ogical innovati on of nati onality culture and civil resources exp l oitati on in minority nati onality areas should be concerned by governmental economic decisi on departments and scholars . |
