| Abstract: |
| The medium-sized and small enterprises of China include enterprise groups with multi-organization and complex forms. Since China implemented the open and reform policy, the medium-sized and small enterprises of China develop rapidly and have reached over ten million and have become un-overlooked important part of social development in national economic field. However, the difficulty in finance of the medium-sized and small enterprises of China hampers their development and the countermeasures for solving the bottleneck problem in the finance of the medium-sized and small enterprises need to use multiple policies. |
