| 城市化、人均教育投资对降低城乡收入差距的作用,从纵向看越来越显著,从横向看在不同发展水平的地区存在很大的差异.因此,针对不同时期的城市化水平及经济水平,结合地区差异,宜采取不同的政策.城市化水平对城乡差距影响的区域差异产生的原因是多方面的;人均教育投资对城乡差距影响的区域差异产生的原因主要是国家在各区域的投资规模和结构不同. |

| From vertical point, the effect of urbanization and per capita education investment on decreasing urban - rural gap is more and more obvious, however, from horizontal point, the effect is different at different development levels. As a result, the different policies should be used according to urbanization and economic level at different periods and on the basis of regional difference. There are many reasons for the influence of urbanization level on urban - rural gap, the influence of per capita education investment on urban -rural gap results from different national investment scale and structure at different areas. |
