| “国产化”的政策偏好和企业对低层次模仿战略的逆向选择,导致目前我国汽车零部件产业技术的能力仅停留在适应性水平上,产品主要集中在科技含量相对较低的机械零部件方面,一些技术含量高的关键零部件无力同步开发。提升汽车零部件产业技术创新能力的路径在于构建以产业关键共性技术为核心的产业共性技术创新体系。 |
