| 农产品的交易效率是影响农民收入增长可实现的关键因素。运用交易费用理论,通过对不同交易方式下农产品交易效率的比较分析,认为发展农业产业化龙头企业以提升产品交易效率是较为合理的制度安排。 |

| Abstract: |
| The agricultural product transaction efficiency is the key factor to influencing income growth realization of the peasants. Based on transaction expense theory, after comparing agricultural product transaction efficiency under different transaction methods, the author indicates that the development of agricultural industrialized leading enterprises to promote transaction efficiency is relatively reasonable institutional arrangement. |
