| 行政区经济是我国特殊时期区域经济理论研究与实践发展相结合的产物,行政区经济的形成使企业竞争中渗透了强烈的地方政府经济行为、生产要素跨行政区流动不畅、行政区域间竞争具有一定的隐性特征、行政区边界经济明显。有必要建立地区性资源共享机制,使各行政区域均能获利,从而促进区域间的合作,实现区域协调发展。 |

| Administrative area economy is the result of the combination of regional economic theoretical research and practice at special period of China. The initiation of administrative area economy makes enterprise competition have strong local government behaviors, makes production factors not freely flow, makes the competition between areas have hidden characteristics and makes obvious border economy between administrative areas, It is necessary to establish regional resources share mechanism to make each administrative area obtain benefit so that different regions can cooperate with each other and regional coordinated development can be attained. |
