| This paper studies China's governmental behaviors in constructing responsible mechanism of endowment insurance from an brand-new angle, firstly, elaborates the reasons for causing the shortcomings of China's responsible mechanism of endowment insurance reform, then, further analyzes governmental responsible defect from three aspects based on reality, and, lastly, makes brief comments on China's endowment insurance system reform from multiple aspects. |
