| Abstract: |
| As one of the important regions in China's western development strategy plan, Sichuan and Chongqing are core zone of the economic zones at upper reaches of Yangtze River. The new characteristics of high-tech development lays the theoretical basis for developing high-tech industries in Sichuan and Chongqing, meanwhile, the development of high-tech industrial zones in Sichuan and Chongqing has certain real basis. The high-tech industrial zones in Sichuan and Chongqing can be developed by grasping the opportunity and actively making construction. |
