| Under the guidance of fair,justicial and sharing principle,balanced regional benefit-share mechanism uses inter-region consultation and negotiation of central government's overall consideration to share the achievement of reform and development,including interactive mechanism such as market mechanism,cooperation mechanism,helping mechanism and supporting mechanism,resources development expropriation compensation mechanism,resources utilization profit-share mechanism,resources protection cost compensation mechanism,environment management investment compensation mechanism and so on. |
