| As the new Company Act has already provided companies with much more autonomous space, company regulation maker can use proper measures to restrict the abuse of voting right to promote management level of the company. For the first time, this article tries to make classific analysis of the restriction system of voting right in order to introduce the framework of voting right restriction of company regulations and brings forward some reasonable suggestions. |
