| 土地是农民赖以生存的最重要的生产资料。制定切实、有效的土地政策必须要对农民对土地的心态以及土地对农民的作用有着准确的把握。通过对湄潭和金沙进行的实地调查，从农民对土地的认知、依赖、流转意愿、劳动力外流影响等方面了解农民对于土地的态度中发现：如对土地应给予永久使用权，农地征用应完善补偿机制，土地流转机制应完善以及保护国家粮食安全等。 |

| Abstract: |
| Land is farmers' most important productive material.In order to make real and effective land policy,farmers' attitude towards land and the important role of land towards farmers must be correctly mastered.Based on spot survey of Meitan County and Jinsha County,farmers' attitude to land is studied from the aspects of farmers' viewpoint on land,farmers' dependence on the land,farmers' will on land transfer,the outgoing of labor force and so on.The conclusion is that farmers should have permanent use right of land,that the compensating system of the expropriation of land should be perfected,that the mechanism of land transfer should be improved and that the safety of national food should be protected,and so on. |
