| 随着重庆市经济的发展,就业结构与产业结构都在不同程度上得到了优化,但是就业结构的变动严重滞后于产业结构的变动,其非均衡性特征明显.重庆市第一产业就业人口的增加,不但不能促进经济的增长,反而会导致经济的衰退;第二产业就业人口的增加对经济增长有一定的作用;第三产业就业人口的增加对经济增长的促进作用非常显著.各级政府必须引起重视,在产业结构不断调整优化和保持经济持续发展的同时,加大就业与再就业的工作力度. |

| Abstract: |
| With the developing of Chongqing economy, employment structure and industrial structure are optimized to some degree but the change of employment structure lags behind the change of industrial structure and non - equilibrium character is obvious. The increase of employment population of Chongqing primary industry can not promote economic growth but leads to economic recession. The increase of employment population of secondary industry can promote economic growth to some degree. The increase of employment population of tertiary industry can obviously promote economic growth. Each government must pay attention to it and must consolidate employment work and reemployment work while industrial structure is continuously adjusted and optimized and while economic development is continuously kept. |
