| 随着社会经济的发展和高校招生就业制度改革的推进,人才供给和需求的矛盾也日益突出.大学生就业难问题已经成为人们关注的焦点.解决大学毕业生就业难问题要采取"推拉战略",即一方面,要通过改善国民经济结构、大力发展知识密集型产业为大学生提供更多的就业岗位,健全和完善大学毕业生就业服务机制等来拉动大学毕业生就业;另一方面,要改革高校人才培养模式,努力提高大学生的综合素质,促使大学生成为创造型人才以推进大学生的自主就业,并积极鼓励自主创业. |

| With the developing of social economy and promotion of university's system reform,the conflicts of supply and demand of talents are serious.The difficulty in college students' employment has already become a focus.This article points out that settlement of the employment problem should use "push and pull strategy",that is,on the one hand,national economic structure should be improved to develop knowledge-intensive industry to provide more work for college students and college student employment service mechanism should be completed to help employment.On the other hand,talent cultivation mode of colleges should be reformed to promote comprehensive quality and to help college students to become creative talents for self-employment. |
