| 流动人口的不断增长已经成为我国现阶段的一种重要的人口现象.当前规模巨大的人口流动给重庆市带来了一系列不可忽视的压力和问题,其中农村进城民工违法现象不容忽视.应借鉴国外成功经验,结合重庆的具体情况,通过综合治理,科学引导,加强外来民工的合法权益的保障,加强社区建设和社会整合,才能使外来民工犯罪得到控制. |

| The increase of floating population has become an important population phenomenon of China.Currently,large scale population floating brings inevitable pressure and problem to Chongqing and law-violation phenomena of peasant-worker in Chongqing should be paid attention to.Law-violation phenomena of peasant-worker in Chongqing can be controlled by learning from the experience abroad,by protecting legal rights of peasant-worker based on Chongqing's real situation,comprehensive and scientific management and by constructing community and society integration. |
