| 芝加哥学派的企业选择论、威廉姆森的组织演化论和纳尔逊与温特的演化经济理论,之所以称为演化理论,在于它们有一个共同的特点,即都可以用经济的"自然选择"和"适应性学习"两种基于功能主义的方法论对其理论基础进行解释.企业演化理论的方法论基础是目的论解释和完全功能主义解释.威廉姆逊的组织结构演化方法论不适合完全功能主义解释,而纳尔逊、温特的企业演化方法论和芝加哥学派的选择论则是以典型的完全功能主义方法论为基础. |

| Enterprise evolution theory in Chicago school,Williamson theory of organization evolution and Winter and Nelson's economic evolution theory have a common character,that is that they can be given theoretical foundational explanation based on methodology of functionalism.Darwinian and Lamarckian's natural selection mechanism and Elster's perfect functionalism explain the foundations of methodology on the theory of enterprise evolution from the beginning of explanation on teleology as functionalism: explanations on Teleology and perfect functionalism.Williamson's methodology on evolution of organizational structure doesn't adapt to explanation on perfect functionalism,and Nelson and Winter's methodology on enterprise evolution and Chicago school's selection theory are based on the foundation of typical perfect functionalism. |
