| 摘要: |
| 科技成果能否转化为现实生产力已成为衡量一个国家和地区科技发展水平和科技与经济结合水平的重要标志。我国现有科技成果转化体制和机制存在多方面的问题，要通过建立中介双重委托一代理制，并引入期权机制，构建科技成果转化新体制和新机制。为此，应完善政府新型宏观调控机制，强化企业的主体地位，提高科研机构的成果生产力，并完善科技成果转化中介市场。 |

| Whether scientific and technological results can become real productivity has become an important symbol to measure scientific and technological development level and integration of science and technology with economy in a country.There are many problems in China's scientific and technological result application.New system and new mechanism of scientific and technological result application should be constructed by using agency double trust-agent system and by using stock option mechanism.Thus,new governmental macro-adjustment mechanism should be consummated and subjectivity of enterprises should be strengthened to improve scientific and technological result production ability of research agencies and consummate agency market of scientific and technological result application. |
