| 我国特有的政治集权和经济分权的权利构架对区域合作的制度结构和经济发展的影响颇具中国特色.基于长江经济带中西部各省(市)地区资源禀赋相似和经济发展、生产技术水平差距不大的特点,借鉴新国际贸易理论,从理论与实际相结合的角度论证中西部合作的可能性,认为:中西部合作的首要任务是从制度方面入手,为建立一个统一的区域市场提供制度保证;同时,加强交通建设,为商品和要素自由流动提供基础设施条件. |

| Abstract: |
| The special system of political centralization of state power and separation d economic power of China has effect on regional cooperation system structure and economic development. According to the characteristics of similar regional endowment conomic development and production skill level, the author uses intermational trade theories and combines the theory with practice to hold that the first step of cooper ation between central and west areas is to provide a unified market system and that the second step is to promote traffic construction in order to provide infrastructure condition for free factors flow of commodity. |
