| 随着改革的深入,在浙江、珠江三角洲等地发展起来的民营企业集群或称"块状经济".研究表明,这种集群模式极大地促进了资源的合理配置,带动了当地经济的快速发展,但也存在集群区产业结构不合理、企业创新能力不强等诸多问题.因此,建立"产学研"结合机制和集群区之间利益协调机制,提高集群协同创新能力应当是促进民营企业集群发展提速与升级的重要举措. |

| Problems and countermeasures for current private enterprise cluster development |

| Abstract: |
| With the deep reforming,the private enterprise clusters are called "specialized town" which developed in the places of Zhejiang province and Zhujiang Delta.Research indicates that this cluster promotes the reasonable allocation of resources and local economic development but there are problems such as unreasonable industrial structure in cluster area and weak innovative ability and so on.Thus,establishment of combination mechanism of production-learning-research and interests coordination mechanism between clusters and promotion of innovative ability of clusters are the important measures for accelerating and upgrading the development of private enterprise clusters. |
