| 摘要: |
| 本文通过对重庆市企业的知识型员工培训方面的基本情况进行实证调查,表明重庆市企业在知识型员工培训方面呈现出培训内容单一,培训方式单向,培训评估缺乏、培训总体满意度低等现状.在结合知识型员工的特点的基础上提出重视需求分析,创新培训方式,实施后续评估的对策,以此达到知识型员工与企业通过培训实现共同发展的"双赢"良性循环的目的. |

| Abstract: |
| This paper reveals the current state of knowledge workers' training in Chongqing through positive investigation under the basic situation of knowledge workers' training among Chongqing enterprises.This paper also proposes countermeasures for current problems taking full consideration of the trait of intellective employees into consideration.The countermeasures,such as emphasis on demand analysis,creating new training method,and adopting successive evaluation,are expected to implement a reciprocal benign circle in which both enterprise and intellective employee achieve development through training. |
