| 在现代经济社会中,随着企业集群的大量涌现,企业集群也面临着风险的挑战.本文认为企业集群的结构性风险与周期性风险仅仅是一种外生性风险,而真正威胁企业集群的是网络性风险即内生性风险.为此,本文分析了企业集群的网络性风险成因并建立了成因模型,最后提出了规避集群网络性风险的思考,为企业和区域经济的发展提供了重要参考. |

| Abstract: |
| In moderm economic society, with the appearing of enterprise cluster, enterprise cluster faces many risks. This paper holds that structural risk and periodic risk of enterprise cluster is excgenous risk and the real threat to enterprise cluster is network risk. As a result, this paper analyzes the cause of network risk of enterprise cluster and sets up models and points out the suggestions on avoidance of network risk, which provides the important reference for the development of enterprises and regional economy. |
