| 中国的农村合作经济组织的发展缺乏良好的外部环境,同时又受到其自身因素的制约.应积极营造良好的农村合作经济组织发展外部环境,尽快改造农村信用合作社等机构以提供资金支持,大力发展农村市场和商品经济,努力培育一批农村合作人才,并坚持新型组织与原有组织的有机结合,促进农村合作经济组织的发展. |

| Abstract: |
| The development of cooperation and economic organization of China has not good external envirorment and is restricted by self factors. Rural cooperation and economic organization can develop if we create good extemal environment, reform rural credit cooperative and so on to provide funds, develop rural market and commodity economy, cultivate talents and combine new type organization with the old organization. |
