| 本文在对国内外学者对并购行业相关程度与并购绩效实证研究述评的基础上,对我国2002年发生并购的上市公司绩效进行了实证研究.从并购行业相关程度分析了并购对企业绩效的影响,并从中得到对我国企业并购的三点启示：在开展并购时重视对进入行业的分析与选择;注重并购后的整合管理;减少过多的政府干预. |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of scholars' review of correlation degree of mergers and acquisitions industry at home and abroad and positive study on M&A,this paper makes positive study on performance of M&A of listed companies in 2002,analyzes the influence of M&A on performance of the enterprises and reaches three conclusions such as emphasis laid on analysis and selection of entrance industry at the time of M&A,attention paid to integration management after M&A and reduction in governmental intervention. |
