| 通过灰色综合关联度分析,可知我国财政支农支出、财政农村救济费、农业科技三项费用、农业建设基本支出、财政价格补贴政策与农业经济增长的关联度依次降低;为最大限度地提高财政支农资金的配置效率,应增加财政支农支出,在农业受灾之年要增加农村救济费用,适度增加农业科技三项费用和农村基础设施投入,压缩财政价格补贴支出. |

| Abstract: |
| This paper applies grey overall connection degree analysis of testing the relationship between the financial investment in support of agriculture and rural economic growth and makes some conclusions.To promote the disposal efficiency of financial fund in support of agriculture maximally,it is necessary to vastly increase the financial fund in agriculture.In the years of natural disaster,the relief fund should be increased for agriculture.It's also important to increase the investment for agricultural science and technology and rural infrastructure construction,to reduce the expenses on the financial price allowance. |
