| 重庆市国有文化资产管理体制改革取得了一定成效,也存在一些问题.要借鉴国外和外地经验,按照"坚持社会效益与经济效益统一"、"严格区分公益事业与文化产业"、"政府机关与文化实体脱钩"的原则,实现"理顺党委、政府与文化单位的关系"、"经营管理规范科学"、"文化产业形成规模"、"文化事业全面繁荣"的目标. |

| Abstract: |
| Chongqing state - owned culture asset management system reform has made success but there are some problerns. Chongqing shoulad learn the experience from abroad and other provinces. The objective of keeping proper relationship between the party committte and government and culture companies, implementing regular and scientific management, increasing culture industry scale and realizing prosperity of culture industry can be attained by emphasizing social benefit and econornic benefit, separating public industry and culture industry and separating government departments form culture companies. |
