| Abstract: |
| On the basis of research into the relationship between interest rate, investment, consumption, share price and exchange rate, this paper positively analyzes the influence of China's interest rate conduction mechanism of monetary policy on economy. The research results indicate many channels of China's interest rate conduction mechanism are not in good condition, which directly influences the validity of interest rate policy. |
