| 从家族的文化观念、伦理规范等对人们经济行为以及经济决策的影响出发,对主流经济学中的"经济人"概念做出修正,提出"家族人"概念,然后通过"家族人"概念来定义家族企业,并通过"家族人"这一新的视角,分析论证了目前流行于我国家族企业中的以"资本雇用劳动"为基础的单边治理结构的成因和效率. |

| Abstract: |
| On consideration of the impact of the family's culture idea and ethic criterion on people's economic decision and behavior, the author modifies the traditional economic conception of "economic man" and puts forward the conception of "family man". Through this conception, the author defines the family business. And also on the basis of this conception, the author analyzes the cause and efficiency of the popular capital-managed governance structure in Chinese family business. |
