| 我国有着丰富的农业资源，同时也有着广阔的农产品销售市场。大环境对农业的发展极为有利，对农业的重视程度逐年提高，然而由于历史上形成的原因，我国现阶段的农业人才，尤其是农业经济管理人才的短缺，严重制约了农业产业化的进程。因此，加快培养这类人才成为一项紧迫的工作。 |

| China has rich agricultural resources and big agricultural product market. The great environment helps agricultural development and agriculture is paid attention to year by year. However, due to historical causes, China is short of agricultural talents, especially agricultural economy management talents, which restricts agricultural industrialization process. Acceleration of the talents cultivation is urgent. |
