| 依托人力资本促进经济发展是我国的必然选择,但我国人力资本状况并不乐观,因此必须促进人力资源向人力资本的转化.本文就我国促进人力资源向人力资本的转化路径进行了讨论,提出了系统的学校教育、在职培训和职业教育、培养学习型个人等三条路径. |

| Promoting economic development by depending on human capital is the necessary choice of China. But China's human capital situation is not optimistic. Thus, the transformation from human resources to human capital must be promoted. This paper discusses promoting the transformation path from human resources to human capital and points out three paths such as systematic school education, on duty training and vocational education and cultivating learning-type individual. |
