| 结合美国著名经济学家钱纳里和斯特劳特提出的"两缺口模型"对我国目前存在的"储蓄"与"外汇"缺口进行了分析.认为我国包括发展中国家在发展过程中还存在着知识、信息、人才等"新缺口",而这些在知识经济时代,正是我们不可忽视的因素.应注意国际合作、加快数字化步伐、加快人力资源开发、缩小技术缺口、重视战略资源储备. |

| The two shortages of "deposit" and "foreign currency" are analyzed according to "Two Shortage Model" of American famous economist Chenery and Strout. There are new shortages such as knowledge, information, talents and so on in China, which should not be overlooked in the era of knowledge economy. Thus, the author thinks that we should pay attention to international cooperation, accelerate digitalization process and develop human resources and shorten technology gap and focus on strategic resources deposition. |
