| Abstract: |
| Starting with defining the administrator renew, building the base-model of enterprise managerial ability succeeded and the investment insufficient system by analyzing "the administrator renew" phenomenon in private enterprises, this paper drew the conclusion that the basic solution of the problem that the enterprise managerial ability could not meet the company's scope was the process of the administrator renew. At the same time, the author analyzed the possible existing problems during the process of "the administrator renew" in private enterprises to a certain extent, and put forward some personal views and suggestions for lessons. |
