| 摘要: |
| 由于企业债券发行市场准入门槛过高、手续繁杂、流通市场发展缓慢、发债企业信用问题、商业银行在资本市场的功能错位等原因,导致我国证券市场企业债券规模过小、发行主体单一、品种单一、企业债券融资与股权融资的比例失衡等问题.针对此,论文提出:扩大发债主体范围,尝试债券发行制度市场化改革、发行利率市场化、建立和完善企业债券信用评级制度、企业要转变"重贷轻债"的观念等建议. |

| Abstract: |
| Because threshold of bond market is higher,because circulation market develops slowly and because credit of bond issuing and market function of commercial banks are dislocated,there are many problems such as small scale of enterprise bond of securities market,single issuing main body,single issuing form and imbalance of the ratio of enterprise bond financing to share-hold financing.This paper points out that we should broaden the scale of issuing bond,reform bond issuing market system,use maketability of issuing profit,establish and consummate bond credit evaluation system and change the ides of emphasis on goods but overlooking bond. |
