| 股份合作制作为我国一项企业制度创新,有利于提高工人的劳动积极性和企业的生产效率.然而,由于其自身存在的缺陷,致使股份合作制成为一种过渡,其最终是通过进一步改制向现代股份制演进.在其演进过程中,用职工持股计划推进股份合作制企业改制,是其实现向股份制转变和建立现代企业制度的一条有效途径,应该加以推广. |

| As a corporation institutional innovation,the stock-cooperation system is beneficial to improve the productivity of corporation and to make the workers work hard.however,for the defect of the stock-cooperation system itself,it is just a transition corporation system,and it should transfer to modem cornpany systcm by further reform.During its transition process,promoting the further reform of the stock-cooperation corporation by applying the ESOP is one of effective parhs which make it transform to the stock company system and to establish the modem company system,which should be popularized. |
