| 加入WTO后,技术转移要求的取消、跨国公司的独资化趋势使跨国公司对技术转移的控制更为牢固.理论上的双头垄断博弈模型,实践中的中国汽车产业,都证实了跨国公司在东道国市场上的相互竞争将促进跨国公司的技术转移.因此,在每个产品领域中至少应引进两家以上的大型跨国公司,使不同大型跨国公司之间形成有效竞争,促使跨国公司加快技术转移速度. |

| Abstract: |
| After China joined WTO, abolishment of compulsory technology transfer and tendency of independence of MNCs make MNCs keep a firm hand on technology transfer. How to promote MNCs to transfer technology to developing countries? This paper constructs the game model of differentiated duopoly and proposes that the competition between MNCS will promote technology transfer in theory. Based on the case of automobile industry in China, the paper proposes that two MNCs at least should be introduced and we should spur the competition between MNCs to promote technology transfer. |
