| 目前,重庆汽车行业主要有表面上的准时化和邻居仓库两种供应商-总装厂的供应模式,在短期内有一定的合理性和可行性,但从宏观上和长期来看存在隐患,必须改进.重庆各汽车集团应结合自身企业文化、发展背景以及供应商的地理位置等,并注意充分发挥第三方物流的作用,构建适合自身发展的零部件精益供应体系. |

| Cumently, Auto supply of Chongqing mainly includes just- in- time and neighbox which are reasonable and feasible in short time but they need to be reformed. On the basis of enterprise culture, development background and the geolcgical location of supply businessmen, auto group of Chingqing should give free rein to the role of the third logistics and construct supply system of their own spare parts. |
